When you are navigating physical, emotional, or spiritual pain, it can be overwhelming to get through your day-to-day life, let alone find the kind of care that’s right for you.
That’s why I share what you can expect in advance, so you feel comfortable before stepping foot in my office.
First, we’ll set up your free consultation.
I offer a free 20 minute consultation so we can explore if our partnership would be supportive for you. Reach out by phone or email to schedule your initial consultation today!
Next, we’ll schedule your first session.
Our first session together will take between 60 to 90 minutes. This will give us time to review your history, especially if there is a specific concern you wish to address and start with the services and practices you are interested in. Thereafter, sessions can be scheduled for 60, 90 or 120 minutes, depending on what you wish to explore during your sessions.
Lastly, we’ll decide on the frequency of your ongoing sessions.
If you are coming in with a specific concern or condition, I initially recommend 2-3 sessions within one month. We learn with repetition, so the more we experience new awareness and movement patterns and compassionate touch, the more opportunity for our body to learn new habits and patterns. We will reassess after 2-3 sessions to see if this practice feels supportive for you and how to proceed going forward.
I have many clients that I see on a regular/semi-regular basis. Knowing that you have a regular, monthly session to build a trusting relationship, and time to fully meet and care for yourself is a valuable practice to support and deepen healing, inner work, personal growth and well-being. If you are interested in primarily spiritual companionship, meeting monthly is recommended.
